What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the digital products, there is no returns accepted. If you have a question or would like to speak to us about cancelling a tour, please send an e-mail to murissa@okanaganwinecollective.com and we will reply as soon as possible. We will be as flexible as possible provided that you are giving us 24 hours notice of cancellation.
 

I want a bit of everything.
do you create personalized tours for my trip?

We can certainly plan a special itinerary for your trip. I will provide you with a form to fill out so that I get a sense of what you are interested in. We can also arrange a Skype chat or phone call to narrow down exactly what you are looking for. Find the customized tour option in the Shop.

Can you translate your guides into another language?

Absolutment! Unbedingt! Assolutamente!

We realize people of many different nationalities visit the Okanagan each year. Let me know what language you need our guide translated into and we can do a special guide translated by experts for a minimal fee. Contact me at murissa@okanaganwinecollective.com
 

Can i book a tour with a guide?

Yes! We do provide guided tours of Downtown Kelowna featuring the local food, wine and beer scene. We do hope to eventually expand but as of right now this is our only guided tour. However, we are happy to quote you if you have something in mind. Contact me at murissa@okanaganwinecollective.com to talk more about it.
